ALICIA GONZALES
About
Ms. Gonzalez is the newest complement to Vyzas Law Firm; yet, even before graduating law school, she actively worked in real estate and commercial law and assisted in the conduct and preparation of motions, discovery, and legal research. She even worked passionately and extensively in the field of landlord-tenant law by conducting legal research on related issues and directly working toward the amendment of laws designed to prevent property owners from abandoning their properties. Additionally, she assisted in the review of business and real estate contracts related to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate in New Jersey and New York.
The Vyzas Law Firm was pleased to welcome Ms. Gonzalez in 2013 initially as an intern during her completion of law school. While doing so, she served as a tireless advocate as a Student Attorney for the Rutgers Community & Transactional Lawyering Clinic. This work afforded her opportunities to assist new businesses with their organizational documents, prepare certificates of incorporation, and attend board meetings for corporate clients.
We are very proud to say that Ms. Gonzalez offers our clients bi-lingual fluency just as she has done involving contract review and translation drafted in Spanish from Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Columbia. Now, having been admitted to the bar in New Jersey, Ms. Gonzalez offers energetic and dedicated representation in service to our clients.
