BRIAN T. FLANAGAN

Mr. Flanagan has extensive experience representing and advising business in commercial transactions, general corporate matters, litigation, and real estate locally and internationally. As a provider of outside general counsel service to entities in the arena of commercial law, he has managed sensitive issues involving with confidential information, intellectual property, and technological issues. His counsel has included advice and counsel to management in proceedings involving vendor agreements, business organization, credit, finance, insurance, and consumer product safety. He has managed attorneys in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and the British Virgin Islands.

Mr. Flanagan has worked extensively in real estate and land use, representing business concerns in real estate purchases and sales, negotiating modified agreements, managing environmental consultants, representing business in and serving as a leader on planning and zoning boards for over a decade.
